This soft, chewy, doughy, crusty-on-the-outside, delicious-on-the-inside bit of braided perfection is vegan, vegetarian, light and airy and absolutely mouth-watering. We are, of course, talking of our Plain (although there is nothing actually plain about it) Challah. Also known as ‘Water’ Challah by some.
